Description

1- Indications are that the Senate will vote on the Constitutional amendment to balance the budget early this year and the house will follow suit. It takes a two-thirds majority in both houses to send the proposal to the states. What are the prospects for passage in 94?; 2-You have expressed concerns about the spending levels for defense for FY 1995 and beyond. Are you optimistic that Congress will hold the line, and perhaps slightly increase spending in the near future?
