What were the details?; 2- There are many suggestions being offered in Washington about what to do with the ?ǣPeace Dividend?ǥ. You have said that even though we are cutting defense spending, there may not be a peace dividend. Could you elaborate on that?; 3- Just prior to the recess, Secretary of Defense Cheney and Joint Chiefs Chairman Powell met with your Armed Services Committee. They outlined their proposals to cut the military by $50 Billion over 5 years. How would you assess what they are planning?;
