1- There is an effort under way in the House to get the Balanced Budget Amendment brought up for a vote this year. What are the prospects for that, and do you support it?; 2- It has been three weeks since the Pentagon announced plans to make big cuts to the National Guard and Reserve forces across the country. What is the status of that proposal now on Capitol Hill?; 3- You recently met with members of the Appropriations Committee with jurisdiction over veterans funding about the veterans budget for FY 1993. Will Congress be able to adequately fund veterans programs in the coming year?;
