1- President Clinton has announced plans to use the U.S. military to airdrop food and other supplies into parts of what was formerly Yugoslavia. What do you think of the plan and are there risks for the U.S. military?; 2- You said this week that any serious budget deficit reduction plan must include a freeze on salaries for members of Congress and their staffs. Could you elaborate on that issue?; 3- One of the areas that you will likely be targeted for cuts in FY 1994 is defense. Are you concerned that these further cuts could adversely affect the Nation?╟╓s economy?
