1- As this program is being taped , there are very strong rumors that Meridian Naval Air Stations will be on the Defense Base Closure list that will be released later this week. What is the story on this?; 2- You have made the point that closing a base in an area like Meridian causes more hardship that closing one in a more urban area. Could you elaborate on that?; 3- What about the situation with Columbus Air Force Base. Is it safe?; 4- Will National Guard and Reserve facilities in Mississippi be affected in this base closure announcement?
