1- The State Veterans Board will soon make its site selection for three new state veterans nursing homes in Mississippi. That is strictly done on the state level, but you will be involved in helping secure Federal funding to build the facilities. What are the prospects for funding this year?; 2- the results of a recent opinion survey you sent throughout the third district show that constituents thought the budget deficit is the biggest problem facing the country, Were you surprised by that or some of the other findings in the survey?
