Description
Taken during an ID 8263 Interior Details class field trip to the Italian Villa style home Rosedale to study the furniture, materials, and finishes. Rosedale was built in 1856 in Columbus, Mississippi and closely resembles Samuel Sloan's Design 6: "An Italian Villa" in The Model Architect. Rosedale was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
