Description
Account of the sales of the estate of Arthur Mahan, including depositions from a suit following the sale. Deposition is for John Carey, in suit of Catharine Mahan, administrator of the estate of Arthur Mahan, against William Phipp, acting administrator of the estate of Adam Bower, deceased, who was administrator of the estate of Arthur Mahan, deceased. Property sold from the estate includes an enalved boy named Sam and an enslaved woman named Fanny
