Will of William Barland Snr., in which Barland documents his purchase and emancipation of his friend and companion Elizabeth Barland and their natural children Andrew Barland, Elizabeth Barland Jnr and Margaret Barland from Jonas Eiler in 1789, as well as his wishes for the disposition his real and personal property upon his death.
