Description
Arbitration report and award, Hector McNeill and Bernard Esgr, regarding an enslaved man named Frank, who wa sold by Barland to Peter Pryor and William Perkins, and then to McNeill, but recovered from McNeill by Thomas Mosely. The arbitrators determined that McNeill should be able to recover his costs from the estate of William Barland, deceased.
