In the Name of God. Amen I Jeremiah Corey of the Mississippi Territory of the County of Adams – being in a low? State of health – but sound in mind do hereby declare this to be my last will, and testament And appoint my Brother Richard Cory my ^sole Executor to this my last will viz- I do hereby Bequeath all my Real and personal Estate, as follows- To be divided in three equal parts- one part [2 words marked out] of which I do bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Harriet Corey – A second part to my son Richard now an infant – and the remaining third to my little daughter Martha. And be it further known that my request that my Real Estate shall not be Sold, but that my my Dear wife may receive her third part of all my Real and personal Estate when she may think proper by giving my Brother Richard Corey twelve Months Notice– Whereunto I have placed my hand and seal this twenty-fifth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & six – 1806 P.S.
