Description
Memorandum of evidence Nuse Ireys (?) in relation to the petition filed by Mrs. Brooks to account of Sam'l Ivey one of the Executors of the estate of William Brooks. Includes statements that Ivey never took possession of the enslaved woman named Isabella, or the enslaved woman named Mary, nor did he think he had the right to do so.
