Description
This item is an address card provided by the War Department to provide an address where mail can be sent to an officer. The information included is for Major Rollin S. Armstrong and provides his name, Army serial number, regiment, APO number, c/o postmaster location, cable address, and signature. The form series is dated January 23, 1943. The back of the card is addressed to Mrs. Rollin S. Armstrong in Tupelo, Mississippi.
