This handwritten partial letter, dated July 19, 1943, is written by Rollin S. Armstrong at Camp Gruber, Oklahoma where he is stationed, to his wife, Rebecca Armstrong, in Tupelo, Mississippi. Only the third page (numbered at the top) is included. The page discusses some instructions on handling his personal affairs. The envelope is postmarked Camp Gruber, Oklahoma, July 19, 1943.
