Description

This typed letter, dated January 20, 1944, is written by J. A. Ulio, the Adjutant General of the War Department to Rebecca Armstrong in Tupelo. The letter confirms her husband, Rollin S. Armstrong's, recent injury and assures her that his is receiving excellent care. The envelope is postmarked Ocean Springs, Mississippi, January 20, 1944.
