Description
This typed letter, dated January 29, 1944, is written by Edna Mattox, the American Red Cross Assistance National Director, Home Services, to Jesse M. Boyde, Executive Secretary, Jackson County, Mississippi American Red Cross. The letter confirms Major Rollin S. Armstrong's injury and informs the chapter that periodic updates on his health will be forthcoming. The letter further advises the chapter on what to do should no progress reports be received.
