Description
This handwritten V-Mail (Victory Mail) letter, dated January 30, 1944, is written by Rollin S. Armstrong from where he is stationed in North Africa, to his wife, Rebecca Armstrong, in Tupelo, Mississippi. The letter describes his Sunday afternoon, a recent visitor, and his speculation on what his role in the army might be.
