Description

This handwritten letter, dated March 22, 1944, is written by Rollin S. Armstrong from where he is stationed in North Africa, to his wife, Rebecca Armstrong, in Tupelo, Mississippi. The letter describes his frustration at having been transferred to a different hospital in North Africa. The letter goes on to instruct her where to send mail and what the weather is like where he is at. The envelope is postmarked U. S. Army Postal Service, A. P. O., March 22, 1944.
