Description

This handwritten letter, dated November 3, 1943, is written by Rollin S. Armstrong from where he is stationed in North Africa, to his wife, Rebecca Armstrong, in Tupelo, Mississippi. The letter asks after their baby and whether or not she has received the rugs he sent her in September. The letter is written on United States Army stationary with the eagle and shield logo in the top center. The envelope is postmarked November 4, 1943, U. S. Postal Service, A. P. O.
