Baskin Family Collection
The Basking Family Digital Collection contains selected digitized materials including letters, postcards, agricultural bulletins, pamphlets, and other documents. Robert Ren Baskin (1854-1911) and Rebecca Jane Simpson Baskin (1863-1962) were married in Carroll County, Mississippi, on March 1, 1882. Their children were Sallie A. Baskin (1882-1941), Maud Baskin (1889-1914), Hattie Baskin Cable (1899-1995), Eva Baskin Divine (b. 1905), and Robert N. Baskin (1907-1990). The Baskin family lived and farmed in Vaiden, Mississippi. Robert Ren Baskin died in Blackmonton, Mississippi.
