Typed letter from Rebecca Baskin to President Roosevelt, concerning the Cotton Adjustment Act and her cotton ginning allotment and requesting relief from taxes on her unginned cotton crop. Written October 18, 1935. Mrs. Baskin received a reply from the president's secretary, dated October 25, 1935.
