This handwritten letter, dated April 27, 1945, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in Germany to his family in West Point, Mississippi. The letter expresses how relieved he is to have more interesting duties. The letter is signed "All my love, Buddy." The War and Navy Departments V-Mail Service envelope is postmarked U. S. Postal Service No. 3, May 8, 1945.
