Description

This black and white photograph is of four unidentified men kneeling around what appears to be a group of tangled nets suspended from a pole. Buildings, a jeep, and debris are seen behind the men. Two men in military uniform are standing on either side of the four men. The back of the photograph has the letter "J" written on the back.
