Description

This handwritten legal statement testifies that John G. Flemming has receive the inheritance left to him by Sarah Flemming and thus releases his attorney, John P. Darden from all responsibility. The document is signed by Flemming and witnessed by Samuel A. Patterson. June 1854 is written at the top of the page. The page is torn along the bottom edge.
