Description

These minutes of the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Cooperative Association list the members present, appoints various members to tasks such as purchasing certain items, and assigned a new manager and treasure after the current one's resignation was accepted. The minutes go on to describe various votes and new procedures. Copies of C. S. Fairly's resignation as Salesman is included along with a note that the resignation was received. A statement of business for the time period between July 10, 1877 and January 8, 1878 is also included, detailing stocks, sales, and profits and expenses.
