In this letter, dated October 13, 1860, J. J. Persons and Co. writes to Isaac R. Wade to update him on his account and to inform him of the cotton market . The letter is written on a page from the "New Orleans Price=Current, Commercial Intelligencer and Merchants' Transcript" and another page, scanned front and back, is included with the letter. The pages from the New Orleans Price is damaged in multiple places.
