Description
In this letter, dated March 26, 1875, T. James writes to Isaac R. Wade to tell him that he's sold his cotton but did not have enough money to settle with a debtor and can not make payments on his land. He asks Wade to extend his payment timeline to October first. An envelope addressed to Wade at Prospect Hill is included with the letter.
