    Description

    This court summons calls Isaac R. Wade, Walter Wade, Levi C. Harris, Thomas L. Baily and Jane B. Ross to appear in the Southern District Chancery Court in Natchez to answer a bill of complaint against them. The complaint was brought by John Thomas Freeland and John Murcoch. The summons is dated November 10, 1848 and is signed by E. S. Russell, the court clerk.
