Description
In this letter, dated October 21, 1858, J. J. Person writes to Isaac R. Wade to let him know that his letter had been received and Person is in receipt of the items requested by Wade via shipment on the Magnolia steam boat. Person goes on to update Wade on the cotton prices and explain the invoice that was included with the letter.
