This image shows Mobuto Sesa Seko standing with The President of Liberia, William Tolbert. Seko, on the left, is wearing a dark blue suit and a leopard print garrison cap. He is holding an intricately carved cane in his right hand. Tolbert, on the right, is wearing a white suit and is holding a white hat in his right hand and a black baton in his left hand. Men in dark military uniform are standing behind Seko and Tolbert, one of whom is saluting. Seko was the President of Democratic Republic of the Cong from 1955-1971. In the photo, both were attending the Organization of African Unity Conference held in Monrovia, Liberia. President Seko served as Chairman of the Organization.
