Description

This postcard features a color image of the Majestic Theatre in Jackson, Mississippi, a two story, Spanish style building with red clay roof shingles, dental molding along the roof line, and scalloped "towers" on each end. The windows and entrance are curved. The theatre is flanked on either side by other buildings, the F. W. Woolworth building being on the right. Kids on bicycles are in front of the marque window on the left and a man is standing on the sidewalk and facing the street. Street lamps with white globes are on the sidewalk on each end of the theatre. The title of the card is along the bottom left edge of the card. An inscription is written on the back of the card.
