Description
This postcard features a black and white illustration of the Pearl River where it flows through Jackson, Mississippi. The river is flanked by thick trees with a small, cleared area on the bank at the foreground of the image. Two men are standing on the water's edge on the left side of the river and a platform is depicted on the cleared part on the right side of the river. Trees are reflected in the river's water. The title of the card is printed along the top edge of the image. The back of the card is addressed to H. E. Magee in Indiana. "This is the place I spend some of my Idle moments at A R A" [sic] is written on the left half of the card.
