Genuine Curteich-Chicago "C. T. Photo-Platin" Post card

Description

This postcard features a black and white image of the Rucker home, a two story house with a three story tower in the center. Located in Canton, Mississippi, the front yard of the house is enclosed in a wrought iron fence. Bushes and trees surround the house. The title of the card is printed along the top right edge of the card. A paragraph about the house is printed in the upper left on the back of the card and reads "This beautiful home was built in 1828 by Colonel Mack Fulton. The descendants are still living in it. It has never been changed or remodeled. The boxwood hedge seen on either side of the walk leading to the front entrance was planted in 1834."
