Description
This postcard features a black and white image of a the Canton High school and junior high school in Canton, Mississippi, a long, two story building with "Canton High School" in white lettering on the right end of the building above the second floor windows. Two trees are in front of the right corner of the building and a tree is seen on the left edge of the image. Bushes are seen spaced along the front of the building. A brief description of the school is printed in the upper left corner that reads "One of the best equipped schools in Mississippi. Annual enrollment--800 students taught by 26 teachers. In addition to regular class rooms, this modern school building contains a well equipped Library and Activities Room, a large gymnasium and an auditorium which will seat approximately 800."
