Description

This postcard features three color illustrations of a Magnolia blossom in various states of bloom with the title, Mississippi State Flower….Magnolia, printed along the bottom edge of the card. "This was our fifth stop." is written along the top of the card. A Bolton, Mississippi postmark, dated July 16, 1951, is on the back of the card beside a green, one cent George Washington postage stamp. A note written from Eleanor from Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Harborough below a brief history of Mississippi printed in the upper left corner.
