Description
This postcard features a black and white image of Old Capitol Building in Jackson, Mississippi. The old state capitol building features a dome with a cupola and six columns across the front. Trees are in front of the building . The title is printed along the bottom left edge beneath the image and the publisher, West Jackson Book Store, is printed along the bottom right edge. A handwritten inscription in the upper right corner reads, "6/2/06 Met Mrs. S. While waiting between trains." The back of the postcard is addressed to Miss Mary Burt in Chicago, Illinois. The card is postmarked June 2, 1906. The postage stamp is missing from the upper right corner.
