Description

This color postcard features a wooden cabin surrounded by trees. The title along the top reads "The Couevas Homestead, Cat Island. Erected in 1812." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Pass Christian, Mississippi, Mar 18, 1914. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mrs. Walker in New York.
