This color postcard features the front entrance and landscaping of the Tropical Tourist Inn. "Reasonable Rate--Electrically Lighted Throughout" is typed along the top; "Where We're Staying" is typed along the bottom. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Lake Worth, Florida, Jan. 26, 1935. The description in the upper left reads "Tropical Tourist Inn Pass Christian Highway 90 (the Old Spanish Trail) at Henderson Point, just across the Bay St. Louis Bridge. Fifteen apartments, each with private bath. Beauty Rest mattresses, and Ace Springs. Bathing, swimming, boating, tennis, fishing, two golf courses, private garages--Dining Room and Delicatessen with The Best of Everything at moderate prices. 'A Home Away From Home.'" The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. Harry Miller in Vermilion, Ohio.
Jan 24 Friend Harry, This is a very nice country against oyster and fishing grounds on Gulf of Mexico, the weather is very nice and warm. Hoping your are feeling fine and looking just as good as when I saw you. Frank Lang
