This color postcard features a gazebo surrounded by water with a path and bridge leading to it. Small trees line the sidewalk and mature trees are along the fence lines. Water fountains are visible in the water on either side of the gazebo. The title along the bottom of the card reads "Rear Yard, E. G. Maloney Residence, Biloxi, Miss." and the publisher is listed on the left corner of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Sparrows Point, Maryland, October 15, 1917. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. Gerome Preble in Waltham, Massachusetts.
