The back of the postcard identifies the item as a Private Mailing Card and provides indication for postage stamp placement. The description in the upper left corner reads "Pine Hills Hotel (opened Dec. 20, 1926) is a fireproof hotel in a secluded residential park overlooking the Bay of St. Louis, on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. 18-hole golf course on hotel grounds."
