Description

This color postcard features the view of a long white building with a cupola in the center. A wall of glass windows is beneath the area of the structure where the cupola is located. The building is viewed from a long white pier over the water. The title along the bottom of the card reads "Yacht Club Seen from the Pier of Gulfport and New Yacht Harbor." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for address and postage stamp placement. The description in the upper left reads "Yacht Club--Tourist Club, dressing rooms and lockers for bathers, and amusement facilities are housed in this breeze-swept building at the small craft harbor."
