This postcard features a color illustration of the Central School, a public school in Gulfport, Mississippi. The school building is a three story structure with two entrance towers, a square cupola, and gable dormer. The entrances and windows in the towers are arched. Threes dot the landscape in front of the building and students are depicted on the entrance steps and in the yard. The title of the card is printed in the upper left edge of the card and the publisher 's name is printed on the right edge. The back of the postcard is addressed to Miss Helda Rob in York, Pennsylvania. The card is postmarked Gulfport, Miss., October 20, 1910 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is in the upper right. An inscription is written on the left half of the card.
