The back of the card includes the following description of Biloxi: "Biloxi combines he alluring atmosphere of the Old South with the spirit of the new in a charming four-season resort. Nestling among moss-draped oaks that grow along an irregular peninsular shore-line, the city looks out upon the blue waters of the Mississippi Sound. In its interesting history seven flags at different times have flown over the destinies of Biloxi."
