Description

This souvenir mailing card, published in 1907, is a collection of twelve photographs on cardstock of various buildings and scenes in Jackson, Mississippi compiled in a mailable folder with a letter inside. This cover image features a black and white photograph of the state Capitol building in Jackon, Mississippi, a large four story building with a tall dome in the center. "Jackson Miss." is in a text box in the upper left corner and "New Capitol" is in the bottom center of the image. Publisher information is named on the bottom center edge of the card. The image of a feather borders the left and top of the image of the building.
