Description
This sepia toned picture postcard features rows of white tents in a field with trees and buildings in the background. The roof of an early twentieth century vehicle is in the lower portion of the image. An inscription is handwritten in the white space to the left of the image. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement. The postage stamp has been removed and the card is postmarked Tupelo, Mississippi, November 11, 1915. The card is addressed to Mrs. J. W. Hoyle at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
