Description
This black and white picture postcard features the tree filled land that forms the junction to fork a river into two. The title along the top of the card reads "Junction, Bouie and Leaf Rivers, Hattiesburg, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked twice, once in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, June 24, 1907 and once in Crystal Springs, Mississippi [?] 1907. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. J. M. Batton.

How are you? I am getting plenty of exercise. Walk to the college, back to dinner and go out again. We were up town this am for the first time since I came. Saw Winnie this morning. Tell cousin Pearl and folks "Hello." Nes.
