Description
This color postcard features a five story building with a circular lit sign on top of it that advertises Hattiesburg as "The Hub". Natchez, Jackson, Meridian, Mobile, Gulfport, and New Orleans are lit in the outter part of the circle. The title at the bottom of the card reads "Slogan Sign, Hattiesburg, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Hattiesburg, Mississippi, July 11, 1915. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mrs. L. S. Trombly in Mobile, Alabama.

Sure am glad you are still improving do hope to soon hear you are able to be out again. I sure enjoy you in some respects. Now today I am all down and out my right side feels as if it would pop. Will write a letter next week. Hope to hear some news. Love Lilly [sic]
