Description
This black and white postcard features a river scene with trees on either side. The title along the bottom of the card reads "3352 Scene on Bowie River at Mammoth Springs near Hattiesburg, Miss Photo by D. B. Henley" An inscription is written beneath the title. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Natchez, Mississippi, September 19, 1907. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mrs. Roy Van Buchlan in Arkansas.

[front of the postcard] We have a swimming pool at the college. [?] Am anxious to learn what it is like. Am afraid it will be sink for me. I intend to but am way [?] [sic] [from the back of the postcard] What are you doing these days? I am feeling fine. Wish you were here to take a "tramp" with me. Can you come down? Lovingly Annie
