Description
This postcard features a black and white image of the E. F. Ballard residence in Waynesboro, Mississippi. The image is in the left corner of the postcard. The house shown is a two story home with a curved front porch and second story balcony. Lattice panels are spaced between the thin white columns of the porch and white picket fence is in front of the house. Threes and shrubs are seen around the house. A postmark for Chunky, Miss., October 8, 1907 is on the right side of the card and the bottom right corner of the card has been torn off. The back of the card is addressed to Miss Ella Forman in Chunky, Mississippi. The card is postmarked Waynesboro, Miss. Oct. 2, 1907 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed upside down in the upper right corner of the card.
