Description

This postcard features a color illustration Front Street Looking East in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Commercial buildings and utility poles are on either side of the street and people and horse drawn buggies are depicted on the street. A sign on front building on the right reads "G. D. Benedict's Yellow Pine Lumber". The back of the card is addressed to Mr. E. H. Sojourn in Slidell, Louisiana. The card is postmarked Hattiesburg, Miss., December 21, 1907. An inscription is written sideways on the left half of the card. [see transcription] The left edge of the card is damaged.
